Keaton Row, Inc. ("Keaton Row") respects the privacy of visitors to, and users of, / (the "Site").   1. Information Collection and Use
    Personal Information

    Keaton Row will not collect any personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

    In order to use the Site, you must establish a customer account, which requires the collection of certain information as more specifically set forth in the Terms of Service. Except as expressly set out in this Privacy Policy, or as disclosed when you sign up for, or otherwise provide information to use, or participate in, a feature on the Site, or where required by law, or where necessary to provide services to you (e.g., to process payment information), Keaton Row will not disclose any personally identifiable information to a third party without your express prior authorization, nor will Keaton Row use that information for any purpose other than to provide the applicable feature.

    Keaton Row may use the information you provide to contact you, to service your Customer account or for other administrative purposes. Keaton Row may also access and use such information to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot problems, to enforce the Terms of Service or for marketing purposes (including, without limitation, the marketing purposes described below). In addition, the Site may use certain transaction details to automate and streamline the applicable transaction by checking for electronic data compliance, and transferring data from previous forms to those of the current transaction.

    From time to time, Keaton Row may also use or disclose to its marketing partners, advertisers and other businesses your name and/or email address, which marketing partners, advertisers and/or other businesses may choose to provide you with marketing and other communications.

    Non-Personal Information

    In some cases, when you use the Site, we may collect information that is non-personally identifiable or information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet browser or computer operating system you use, demographic information (profession, zip code, etc.), gender, the date and time you visited the Site, the pages you accessed, the name of the website from which you linked to the Site and other anonymous data involving your use of the Site.     Data Retention

    Keaton Row may (but will have no obligation to) retain your information for as long as your Customer account is active or as needed to provide you with services. Keaton Row may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with its legal obligations.

    Cookies

    Keaton Row may use browser-based cookies and/or flash shared objects, which are small text files placed on your computer's hard drive, as well as web beacons (also known as pixel tags), which are electronic images embedded into a web page, on the Site. Cookies, shared objects and web beacons are used for record keeping, to track your movements when you visit the Site and to help Keaton Row and authorized third party vendors to determine what type of information to present to you. The use of cookies, shared objects and web beacons is an industry standard practice used at most websites and can enhance a user's experience on a website. Even if you choose to become a subscriber, you will have the option to change your preferences and opt-out of receiving those communications. You may request at any time that Keaton Row not email you in the future by clicking the "unsubscribe" link which is included at the bottom of any promotional email that you receive from Keaton Row, or by contacting Keaton Row at notifications@/. If you unsubscribe, Keaton Row will make reasonable efforts to discontinue these email communications as soon as practicable. For avoidance of doubt, the "opt out" described in this section applies only to promotional communications.

  3. Security

    The Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under Keaton Row's control. Access to the Site is password protected and sensitive data (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the Site. However, as it is not possible to guarantee the security or integrity of information you disclose online, Keaton Row urges you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet.     Keaton Row may use third parties to provide certain services or to assist Keaton Row in responding to inquiries or request from you, including credit card processing services. These third parties do not share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than the purpose for which their services have been retained. In addition, if you sign up through the Site for a service provided by a third party under contract with Keaton Row, Keaton Row will share only the minimum information necessary for the third party to provide the applicable service.
