In order to use the Site, you must establish a customer account, which requires the collection of certain information as more specifically set forth in the Terms of Service. Except as expressly set out in this Privacy Policy, or as disclosed when you sign up for, or otherwise provide information to use, or participate in, a feature on the Site, or where required by law, or where necessary to provide services to you (e.g., to process payment information), Keaton Row will not disclose any personally identifiable information to a third party without your express prior authorization, nor will Keaton Row use that information for any purpose other than to provide the applicable feature.
Keaton Row may use the information you provide to contact you, to service your Customer account or for other administrative purposes. Keaton Row may also access and use such information to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot problems, to enforce the Terms of Service or for marketing purposes (including, without limitation, the marketing purposes described below). In addition, the Site may use certain transaction details to automate and streamline the applicable transaction by checking for electronic data compliance, and transferring data from previous forms to those of the current transaction.
From time to time, Keaton Row may also use or disclose to its marketing partners, advertisers and other businesses your name and/or email address, which marketing partners, advertisers and/or other businesses may choose to provide you with marketing and other communications.

Keaton Row may use browser-based cookies and/or flash shared objects, which are small text files placed on your computer's hard drive, as well as web beacons (also known as pixel tags), which are electronic images embedded into a web page, on the Site. Cookies, shared objects and web beacons are used for record keeping, to track your movements when you visit the Site and to help Keaton Row and authorized third party vendors to determine what type of information to present to you.
